New change in the Terms of Use for access to the MFM Boardroom

 Hey Everyone! As most of you know, each member has access to the MFM Boardroom based on availability and approval. Unfortunately, due to a few issues which have arisen over the last few years including having to incur the cost of damage, we feel it necessary to make a change to this.

The boardroom is still available to MFM members free of charge to a maximum of four times a year, with the change that this usage must take place during regular office hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any Boardroom use occurring outside of business hours will be subject to a boardroom usage fee of $35 per evening or Saturday weekend fee. The MFM Boardroom is not available for Sunday bookings.

To simplify the process, we have created an agreement form which will be signed by the Boardroom User as well as an MFM Staff Member before and after usage. The new Terms of Use stipulates a number of points which will have to be agreed to and complied with.

It was a tough decision but one that we feel has become increasingly necessary in order for MFM to continue to be able to make the boardroom available to those who need access to the space, and to maintain the space as a clean and usable option for them.
